Temporary Administrator/Operations Support (2 Weeks) - Borehamwood WD6

Location: Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

Role: Temporary Administrator

London Living wage: £13.85 -£15.52 including holiday pay

Duration: 2 Weeks

  • Experience handling phone calls, including difficult ones
  • familiar with email platforms and ticketing systems
  • quick learner to navigate the system with ease
  • property experience would be good but not required
  • Strong written communication
  • Strong initiative
  • Organisation & time management skills.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Temporary Operations Support/Administrator to join our fabulous clients team for a two-week period in Borehamwood. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is immediately available to assist with a busy workload.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience handling phone calls, including difficult ones
  • Be familiar with email platforms and ticketing systems
  • A quick learner to navigate the system with ease
  • Property experience would be good but not required
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong initiative
  • Organisation & time management skills.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
