Kenny Recruit are working with an international sustainability tech company with thousands of installations worldwide, now launching in the UK. We’re looking for someone exceptional to lead the sales charge.

Our client’s patented, compact cleaning technology is already transforming workplaces, hospitality venues, and healthcare environments across the globe. It saves time, eliminates waste, and helps organisations hit their sustainability goals, it’s time to scale in the UK.

This is a ground-floor opportunity for a hungry, entrepreneurial sales professional who loves to build from scratch, create momentum, and win.

We’re not after a corporate operator, we want a builder: someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can open new doors, and turn early traction into a scalable sales engine.

You’ll take ownership of the UK sales drive by targeting offices, hospitality, education, and healthcare sectors, closing deals and laying the commercial foundations for long-term success.

Pay: £50,000 - £65,000 base salary + performance based bonus with commission structure to follow

Location: North London. 4 or 5 days in the office to begin with.

Working hours: 9:00am - 6.00pm.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell relentlessly. Follow up on leads, generate your own, and make the calls that move the needle.
  • Open new markets. Identify, target, and win business across multiple sectors.
  • Own the full cycle. Prospect, pitch, negotiate, close — then refine the playbook.
  • Lay the groundwork. Help shape UK sales operations, reporting, and CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with leadership. Feed insights into marketing and strategy to sharpen the UK launch.
  • Represent the brand. Be the face of the business at client meetings, events, and trade shows.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B closer with a strong track record of exceeding targets.
  • Confident negotiator and persuasive communicator.
  • Entrepreneurial energy — thrives in ambiguity, makes things happen, and doesn’t wait for instructions.
  • A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on hustle.
  • Excellent relationship builder with natural commercial instinct.
  • Self-starter who’s hungry, driven, and ambitious to make an impact.
  • Experience selling into facilities, hospitality, or office-based clients.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • 3+ years in B2B sales, including telesales.
