As the Underwriting Team Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of underwriters and origination personnel.
- Underwriting new applications from start to finish.
- Maintaining regular contact with brokers, solicitors, and valuers.

- Presenting credit papers to the credit committee.
