UnderwritingTeamManager

Responsibilities:

  • Constantriskassessmentofeachcaseasitdevelopsforyourownpipelineandthewiderteam.Presentingandmandatingofcreditpaperstocreditcommitteeandwhilstclearlydemonstratingcommercialrisksandcreditworthinessoftheborrowerandstrengthoftheunderlyingasset.
  • Workingwithfinanceandtreasuryfunctionstoensurecasesarefundedinatimelymanner.
  • Regularlyupdateinternalteamsorstakeholdersofpipelineworkandcaseprogression
  • Maintainaconstantreviewonefficienciesinpolicyandprocesseswhilstmaintainingthehighestpossiblestandards.
  • AdherencetopersonalandteambasedKPIs.
  • Workingtodeadlinesandprioritisingworkflow.
  • RegularcheckinswithRiskManagertoensuretheneedsofthebusinessarebeingmet.
