We are actively seeking a Class 2 driver on a permanent basis ideally with HIAB knowledge. You will working out of the client's Borehamwood depot where you are likely to make approximately 6-7 drops per day.
Hours start at 6.30am but tend to finish when the job is done (i.e. job and knock) at 2pm but can be as late as 5pm if you are held up.
You will need to be flexible and have the ability to react to customers delivery requirements, possibly at short notice. You will ensure all orders are checked prior to loading with the relevant forklift driver and any anomalies are reported to the Transport Manager.
You will need to have a clean license, the customer will look at someone with 3 points maximum, be over the age of 21 (for insurance purposes) and be fit and have a 2 year background in driving.
In return the company offer a salary of 40000pa and should you not have an HIAB training will be given.
