The Role:

  • Lead the Business Development team, drive business growth, and expand the client base
  • Hands-on, phone-based sales
  • No travel required other than commuting, office-based role

The Person:

  • Proven experience in a Sales Lead role, with a strong track record of sales growth
  • Engineering/Technical Sales background ideally
  • Hands-on experience in phone-based sales, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building
  • Looking to progress to Head of Sales
