We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our client's Sales Admin team. This office-based role is central to supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. It also offers the potential to grow into other areas of the business.
Responsibilities:

Support the sales team by processing orders and managing communications

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries

Maintain exceptional customer service

Manage and update customer information on the CRM

Record key communications to assist with sales and logistics

Contribute to lead generation and business development

Research new-build opportunities within the industry

Schedule appointments and follow up on leads by phone and email
Required Skills & Experience:

Previous sales experience is desirable but not required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Work Pattern - 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home
