Sonic Summary

The position is for All Round Multi Traders on a temporary basis until the end of September 2025, with the possibility of extension or a permanent role.
Candidates will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair of properties in the Borehamwood area, earning £24.24 per hour via Umbrella.
Applicants should have relevant qualifications in their primary trade, ideally with excellent plumbing experience, and good customer care skills.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-trade work, ensuring adherence to Health and Safety procedures.

We're looking for a number of Multi-skilled and enthusiastic tradesperson able to deliver a first class repairs service across a variety of our properties in the Patches: Borehamwood area.

With a relevant qualification in your primary trade, and one or more secondary trades you will have good customer care and admin skills and enjoy working with people and finding solutions to problems. Ideally excellent plumbing experience.

You will be required to carry out the full range of general maintenance and new installation work to occupied and vacant properties whilst ensuring that Health and Safety procedures and safe working practices are adhered to at all times.

You'll be given protective clothing, a van to get you there as well as the specialist power tools you'll need. We also offer:
