- Collaborate closely with the underwriting team to support case progression.
- Obtain and manage quotes from external professionals.
- Instruct professionals such as surveyors, lawyers, and quantity surveyors as needed.
- Book broker appointments for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
- Request and follow up on Feefo customer reviews on a weekly basis.
- Minimum 12 months’ experience in mortgage or bridging finance administration.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working across multiple cases with shifting priorities.
- Confident using CRM systems and office software.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team player.
