The Senior Property Litigation Solicitor's Role

The successful Senior Property Litigation Solicitor will play a crucial role in supporting lenders in the collection of their loan portfolios. This includes managing recovery actions from default to realisation. The Senior Property Litigation Solicitor will handle a diverse and high-volume caseload, engaging in County Court and High Court Litigation. Additionally, the role involves dealing with professional negligence claims against solicitors, valuers, or title insurers, as well as indemnity claims against the Land Registry. The firm is particularly interested in candidates with extensive experience in mortgage possession work, ensuring they can confidently manage complex cases from instruction to resolution.

The Senior Property Litigation Solicitor

  • Minimum 5-10 years PQE with substantial experience in property litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage a wide range of litigation matters independently.
  • Competence in handling cases from instruction to conclusion of the litigation process.
  • Exceptional client care and communication skills, interacting effectively at all levels.
