Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual looking for a flexible part-time role? Our small, friendly accountancy firm is seeking an Office Junior to help with day-to-day operations and help keep things running smoothly.
Your tasks will include:
- Sorting incoming and outgoing post
- Scanning and filing documents
- Updating client records and databases
- Answering calls & emails
- General admin support for the team
About you:
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred, but not essential as training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- Good communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Reliable and proactive
10–15 hours per week (more hours possible)
Flexible schedule, but in-office at least 2 days/week
