The role of Accounts Administrator involves the following tasks.
Responsibilities
- Matching invoices to purchase orders.
- Checking invoices against plant returns.
- Approval of plant invoices.
- Dealing with queries with Suppliers.
- Raising of S/C Orders.
- Charging to sites.
- Dealing with Counter charges.
- Reconciliations of various reports.
Profile
- Strong IT skills.
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well within a team. and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Attention to detail.
- Consistent and disciplined attitude.
