KS3 Teacher

We are looking for an inspiring and experienced teacher to lead a KS3 class at our specialist school for pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs. The role involves creative, dynamic teaching methods focused on both academic and life skills, with an emphasis on engaging and supporting vulnerable learners.

The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for improving outcomes, and experience working with students with additional needs such as trauma, SEMH, and ASC. Versatility in teaching multiple subjects, especially Maths and/or English, is advantageous. Applications from Primary level teachers, ECT’s and unqualified (but with experience) would also be welcomed. Opportunities for leadership and management are available for ambitious candidates. Requirements 

The desired Teacher will have;

- QTS

- A degree or equivalent 

- Experience of teaching secondary school aged children

- Experience working with children with SEN/SEMH

- A passion for the progress of pupils

- An ability to work as part of a team
