A well-established and respected architectural practice based in Lincolnshire is seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Technician or Architectural Assistant to join their growing team. Your new role
You will be working closely with senior team members on a variety of projects from concept through to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing detailed technical drawings and specifications
- Assisting with planning and building regulation applications
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Supporting project delivery across RIBA stages
- Ensuring compliance with current UK building regulations and standards
What you'll need to succeed
- A minimum of 1 year's experience in an architectural practice
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit experience is a bonus)
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work
