Cover Supervisor

Location: A school in Boston
Salary: £90 - £120 per day
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Full-Time, Supply

GSL Education Lincolnshire is recruiting an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a secondary school in Boston. This role is ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, or those with previous experience in educational environments.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the teacher

• Ensure a safe and productive learning environment

• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies

• Support students to stay on task and complete set work

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people or in a school setting

• Confidence managing groups of students

• Adaptability and a positive attitude

• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to pay for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire
