Nights, a busy food site, and a team that looks to you to set the standard and keep everything running safely and smoothly.As Hygiene Section Leader, you'll lead from the front - motivating your team, making sure hygiene standards stay high, and keeping the site audit ready at all times. It's a hands-on position where no two shifts look the same, and you'll play a big part in making sure safe working practices are followed and the team is fully supported.What will you be doing?

• Leading, motivating, and supporting the hygiene team on shift
• Making sure hygiene standards are consistently high
• Keeping records accurate and ensuring safe working practices are always followed
• Managing chemicals, processes, and people on site
• Spotting training needs and working with the Hygiene Section Manager to address them

What will you need?

• Experience in a hygiene or industrial cleaning team
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience
• Confident IT skills and good with systems
• Strong communication skills - verbal, written, and numerical
• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to lead by example
