- Variety of rooms sizes (utility cupboards, toilets, family rooms, interview rooms) Prices ranging from 70 for smallest through to 200.

- Vinyl Matt Emulsion

- Water based gloss

- Doors pre-finished, woodwork consists of skirts and arcs.
