Role: Recovery Worker - Crisis & Mental Health

Salary: 23,400, you will add an extra 4000 to your salary by completing 6 sleeps per month

Location: Boston, Lincolnshire

I am actively seeking applications from Crisis Recovery Workers to join an outstanding mental health charitable provider within their Boston, Lincolnshire-based crisis recovery service.You will be a key member of a 24/7 service that supports adults who are in crisis due to a decline in their mental health.

You will work within a small team, providing support using the therapeutic intervention model for the people who utilise the service. You will work with clients to develop and deliver "client led" recovery, which will promote control and maximise independence.You will also be required to liaise with external agencies, including voluntary providers, to promote access to a wide range of activities and resources.

To be considered for this highly rewarding role, you will:

* Have an understanding of mental health issues

* Have at least 6 months working within a social care setting (ideally mental health focused)

* Have flexibility to participate in a varied rota and shift patterns which will include sleep ins/waking nights and 24/7 support

* Have excellent communication skills and have a flexible, creative and empathetic approach.

You will be rewarded with a generous salary of 23,400 which will then increase once you have completed your first 6 months, you`ll also get extra overtime with additional sleep-in and waking night allowances which will add 4000 to your salary. Other benefits include a generous annual leave allowance, ongoing progression and pay reviews.
