My client is a world leader in the motor manufacturing industry, known for delivering high-quality engines for commercial and residential use. Serving the turf care, garden equipment, and general industrial sectors. With ongoing growth and digital transformation, they are looking for a proactive and driven Website Executive to help elevate their digital presence.
The Website Executive will manage the daily operations of the company’s website and CRM/database systems. This includes building new pages, implementing enhanced functionality, and identifying innovative opportunities that support business objectives and improve user experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn—someone who takes initiative, researches solutions, and presents ideas without waiting for instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Website Management: Maintain, update, and improve the website, ensuring content is accurate, visually engaging, and aligned with brand standards.
- CRM/Database Oversight: Manage and optimise CRM and database systems to support marketing efforts and improve customer journey efficiency.
- Digital Content & Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and deliver digital campaigns, including automated and ad hoc email communications.
- Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance. Generate reports and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- SEO & PPC: Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and manage PPC/social media campaigns for optimal performance and ROI.
- Agency Collaboration: Coordinate with external agencies, provide clear briefs, and ensure execution aligns with business goals and timelines.
- E-commerce Development: Support the launch and management of an online store, overseeing product listings and promotions to drive sales and enhance user experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing, website, or CRM-focused role within an office-based setting.
- Strong understanding of website platforms, CMS systems, CRM tools, SEO, PPC, and email marketing.
- Proficient in Google Analytics and other web analytics platforms.
