Labourer – Bourne Area
Location: Bourne, Lincolnshire
Pay: Starting from £125 per day, rising to £145 upon completion of NVQ Level 2. Potential earnings of £185–£200 per day in a supervisory position.
Hours: Full-time, with optional weekend work

The Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Labourer to join a well-established specialist contractor operating in the Bourne and Stamford area. This is a permanent, long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and is looking to progress within the construction trade.
You’ll be working as part of a small, dedicated installation team delivering site-based projects across the region. The role offers clear progression, hands-on training, and the chance to work towards NVQ Level 2 and eventually take on supervisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with site setup, preparation, and installation work
- Supporting tradespeople and ensuring materials are in place
- Maintaining a tidy and safe working environment
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Following site instructions and health & safety procedures
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:
- A full UK driving licence and the ability to travel to various sites
- Previous experience working on construction or installation projects
- A valid CSCS card (preferred, but training can be provided)
It would also be beneficial if you:
- Hold or are working towards an NVQ Level 2 qualification in construction or a related trade
- Are keen to develop your skills and progress into a supervisory role
- Live within easy reach of Bourne or Stamford
