We've been retained to help find a driven and creative senior marketer to shape the marketing strategy of an established business that is at the forefront of its sector. This is your chance to scale an emerging direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand whilst reinforcing an established B2B presence. You could currently be a Head of Marketing or looking for your first step up to that level.

The RoleAs Head of Marketing, you'll be the strategic and creative lead, overseeing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You'll guide a talented in-house team, collaborate with senior leadership, and bring compelling storytelling to life across platforms. From brand development to performance marketing, this is a role for someone who can think big-and execute brilliantly.

Head of Marketing - Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the overarching marketing strategy for both B2B and DTC channels
  • Shape and evolve the brand's story and tone of voice
  • Manage the campaign calendar, digital marketing efforts, and content strategy
  • Oversee SEO, email, paid media, and website optimisation
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver standout customer experiences
  • Lead and mentor a dynamic marketing team
  • Define KPIs, manage budgets, and ensure marketing initiatives are data-driven
  • Keep the brand ahead of trends in the lifestyle/interiors sector

What We're Looking For in the Head of Marketing

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with both B2B and eCommerce/DTC expertise
  • A strong record of building brand awareness and growing online sales
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email and social
  • Confident managing budgets and tracking performance using analytics tools
