ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Sales Executive with immediate effect for our industry leading client based in Bourne, just north of Peterborough.

Our client is looking for a Media Sales Executive to join theirsuccessful team with immediate effect.

This roleinvolves developing and maintaining a client base by building strong relationships with new and existing clients with a view to exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

The objectives for this position will include:

• Developing a good understanding of the industry you are working within, including competitor knowledge and where we sit within the market

• Creating new revenue opportunities within the market, come up with ideas and marketing solutions for existing and new clients to help both the client and increase revenues

• The opportunity to evolve to face-to-face meetings which would involve national travel

• Managing relationships within the industry, and follow campaigns through making sure they deliver what has been agreed with the client

• Having a consultative approach with clients, listen to their needs, understand their marketing campaign and create a solution to meet the client goals

• Negotiating rates, terms and contracts with clients

• Providing excellent customer service to all clients, at all times, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
