Key Duties Include:

  • Data quality checking to ensure accuracy across systems.
  • Sorting out and processing payments.
  • General administration including filing, scheduling, responding to inquiries and reporting duties.
  • Gathering statistics and producing reports.
  • Inputting engineer timesheets.

Key Skills:We are looking for a team player with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
  • The ability to manage and prioritize a varied workload effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
