Business Support Officer
Office-Based Role (No Remote/Hybrid Option)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a reliable and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to cover a 1-year maternity leave. This is a part-time position (3 days per week), with flexible working days and hours. The role is fully office-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing general business administration support
- Inputting data accurately into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Drafting letters and performing mail merges using Microsoft Word
- Setting up and checking client accounts
- Chasing outstanding payments by telephone
- Assisting with daily office tasks as required
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or support role
