JOB TITLE: Sales Support Administrator

HOURS: 8:30 - 5:00, Monday to Friday

START: ASAP

SALARY: £25,500

LOCATION: Bournemouth

CULTURE: Friendly and busy team

The role:

  • Providing a high level of administrative support to the Sales team
  • Providing outstanding customer service through telephone and email
  • Preparing reports and updating spreadsheets on Excel
  • Preparing documentation
  • Placing service orders with subcontractors
  • Assisting with quotes and issuing contracts
  • Completing service amendments

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous experience within a fast paced role
  • Positive attitude with a passion for helping others
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft office and excellent Excel skills
