As a Certification Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing specifications, technical plans, and reports for aircraft part certification
  • Supporting design and programme teams to deliver compliant, airworthy products
  • Managing concessions and ensuring continued airworthiness through internal processes
  • Leading change management activities including design reviews and impact analysis
  • Troubleshooting product issues and supporting resolution with internal teams
  • Contributing to bids and statements of work for new customer projects
As a Certification Engineer, your experience will include:
  • A relevant Engineering degree, Apprenticeship, or 2+ years in an engineering environment
  • Knowledge of UK CAA, EASA, and Type Certificate Holders (e.g. Airbus, Boeing)
  • Familiarity with CFR Part 25 aircraft and Part 21 certification principles
  • Strong technical problem-solving and practical engineering skills
  • Experience in compliance or certification roles within the aerospace industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CAD tools
