Salary:Competitive (£34,000 - £38,000)+ Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Hours:Monday to Friday (No weekends!) 7:30am - 16:30pm

A leading plant and tool hire provider is seeking a proactive and experiencedWorkshop Foremanto take charge of operations at their busy Bournemouth depot. Youll be responsible for managing the workshop team, ensuring timely repairs and servicing of hire equipment to the highest standards.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Leading and supervising a team of workshop fitters/Plant & Hire Staff
  • Scheduling and prioritising repairs, servicing, and inspections of plant and tool hire equipment
  • Monitor equipment that needs repairs, ensuring you get maximum efficiency of stock availability
  • Maintaining high standards of health and safety
  • Managing stock levels and parts ordering
  • Ensuring equipment is returned to hire-ready standard quickly and efficiently

What Were Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (Foreman, Lead Fitter, Senior Engineer etc.)
  • Strong working knowledge of plant/tool hire equipment
  • Confident leader with the ability to mentor and motivate a team
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • A flexible and positive attitude
