Head of Fleet SalesPembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting a Heaf of Fleet Sales on behalf of our client.The role To direct and manage the Corporate Sales Managers and Fleet sales operations to ensure profit maximisation and realisation of sales targets.To proactively reach out to customers through emails and phone calls to offer them products and services.Visiting clients or arrange meetings with customers to discuss how their products can effectively meet the needs of the customer. You will look to offer solutions from the brand they represent first and foremost but will also push the wider Group opportunity whenever appropriate.To deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients where you will highlight the benefits of products on offer to customers and encourage them to make a purchase.To ensure we work closely with the manufacturer on any larger opportunity to ensure the potential is fully leveraged and the best possible terms are offered to the customer.You will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience - Technical knowledge gained in retail motor industry.Numerate and articulate.A full driving licence.Inspiring leadership and teamwork.Delivers Excellent Customer Service - experience in a similar sales environment.Develops self and others - has experience managing a team.IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO INCLUDE CORRECT CONTACT DETAILS, SO WE CAN CONTACT YOU REGARDING THE APPLICATION MADE!
