Legal Assistant - Residential Property | Bournemouth | Full-Time

Are you an organised, detail-focused administrator with experience in a busy legal environment? We are working with a fantastic, well-established law firm based in Bournemouth, recognised for their expertise across a broad range of practice areas. They're looking for a proactive Legal Assistant to join their Residential Property team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive team, gain exposure to high-quality residential property work, and develop your legal career in a dynamic environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries, ensuring excellent service at all times.

  • Drafting and preparing letters, emails, contracts, leases, licenses, and mortgage deeds.

  • Managing multiple versions of legal documents, maintaining accuracy using track changes.

  • Organising case files digitally and ensuring compliance with SRA, Law Society, and internal standards.

  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and general property processes.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a legal or property-focused administrative role.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.

  • Confident IT skills, particularly MS Office; experience with case management systems is advantageous.

  • Knowledge of basic property accounting is a plus.

  • Legal secretarial, business, or administrative qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are desirable.
