We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our leading client who are based locally in Bournemouth. JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor

HOURS: 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

INTERVIEWS: Taking place next week!

SALARY: £24,000

LOCATION: Central Bournemouth

The role:

  • Being the first point of contact for all incoming calls
  • Assisting with customer queries
  • Building strong relationship with customers
  • Providing support and advice to clients
  • Updating the database with customers information
  • Responding to a high volume of emails
  • Maintaining client records
  • Updating purchase orders on the system
  • Liaising with suppliers

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
