Michael Page is recruiting for a Finance and Customer Service Administrator to join a busy accountancy team on a 6 month temporary basis. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is an ideal role for someone with strong customer service skills and able to apply them to a finance function.

Our client is based in Bournemouth with close links to public transport and free parking for those who drive. Due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the accountancy team needs additional support.
Description
As the Finance and Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Dealing with customer queries via the phone
- Taking payments
- Processing payments
- Keeping up to date customer records
- Liaising with internal teams regarding customer payments
Profile
In order to be considered for the Finance and Customer Service Administrator role, you must be able to do most, if not all of the above.
