We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, international manufacturer based in Bournemouth, with sites in the USA and Europe. They’re now looking for a proactive part-timePersonal Assistant to support senior management and provide general office support.

As PA your responsibilities will include:- Â
- Providing day-to-day PA support to senior management
- Managing diaries, book meetings, and arrange travel (UK & international)
- Coordinating internal meetings and events
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
- Handle general office admin, including supplies, post, and filing
- Support smooth communication between teams in the UK, USA, and Europe
As PA your skills and experience will include:-
- Previous experience in a PA, admin, or office support role
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with supporting senior staff
