Personal Assistant | Part Time/ Flexible | Bournemouh | Salary - DOE 

We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing, international manufacturer based in Bournemouth, with sites in the USA and Europe. They’re now looking for a proactive part-timePersonal Assistant to support senior management and provide general office support.

As PA your responsibilities will include:-  

  • Providing day-to-day PA support to senior management
  • Managing diaries, book meetings, and arrange travel (UK & international)
  • Coordinating internal meetings and events
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed
  • Handle general office admin, including supplies, post, and filing
  • Support smooth communication between teams in the UK, USA, and Europe

As PA your skills and experience will include:-

  • Previous experience in a PA, admin, or office support role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with supporting senior staff
