- Proficient in Excel for Data Analysis, VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
- Previous experience in financial operations (Particularly invoicing & maintaining financial controls)
- Ability to confidently handle complex queries via phone and email
- To assist with calculating and issuing Corporate scheme invoices, both for PMI and Trust.
- To build and maintain Corporate Servicing reconciliation tools.
- To undertake failure analysis and build on existing processes to ensure no reoccurrence.
- Respond to team requirements and implement automated solutions to manual processes.
- Assist in maintaining all EUA and Internal Financial Controls, whilst ensuring adherence.
- Engage with Brokers, Vitality Business Consultants, Account Managers and Franchise Directors regarding complex or escalated Corporate billing queries via telephone and email
- Experience analysing data
- Understanding the importance of data protection
- Experience communicating verbally and in writing with external 3rd parties
