REED are recruiting a Development Budgeting Analyst (remote opportunity with limited travel to the Bournemouth office) for a leading Property Management Company. This position is Full time, Remote and offered at a competitive salary Please see below:

Development Budgeting Analyst 

Remote - Salary £50,000 - £55,000 per annum 

ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified 

  • The Development Budgeting Analyst will report into the Finance & Business Partnering Director and be responsible for preparing annual budgets for developments and will be involved in the preparation of budget data files, updating and maintaining budget models and the production of reports to support the Team.
  • In addition, they will be responsible for producing the initial service charge budgets for new developments.
  • Budgeting rather than Business Partnering which is more secondary to this position.

Requirements 

  • Analytical skills
  • To be able to identify issues and offer solutions to reconcile.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills of data and trends to SLT.
  • Self contained although there is some collaboration with stake holders over TEAM's much of the work is done alone.
  • Excellent time management skills and able to prioritise
  • Service orientated
  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or a QBE applicant with relevant experience of active business partnering/stakeholder management and preparation of accounts/budgets.
  • Previously worked in a similar industry but not essential
  • Good all round finance background.
  • Operates with an approach of continuous improvement.
  • Some experience of business partnering non finance stakeholders/functions
