CMA Recruitment Group is currently supporting group of businesses to hire an experienced FP&A professional to support financial planning and analysis across multiple business units and enable data-driven decisions and help achieve financial targets.
What will the FP&A role involve?
- Delivering monthly financial performance reports, including variance analysis against budget and prior year
- Producing ad-hoc analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Building financial models for planning and profitability analysis
- Supporting automation and continuous improvement of reporting tools and dashboards
- Providing month-end support including variance reviews and data validation
Suitable Candidate for the FP&A role:
- Proven FP&A and business partnering skills with the ability to challenge senior leaders across the business
- Whilst not essential, a working knowledge of SQL as well as experience with investment appraisals would both be highly beneficial
