Love Financial Planning but don’t want to become an Adviser? Perfect. We’ve been waiting for you.

Are you a skilled Paraplanner who thrives on crafting smart, strategic financial plans, and wants to join a progressive, people-first financial planning firm where your technical expertise isn’t just appreciated, it’s central to everything we do.

This isn’t your typical corporate role. We're an employee-owned business where collaboration beats competition, client outcomes matter more than targets, and your development is as important as the work you do. No shareholders. No sales quotas. Just a unified team committed to delivering exceptional financial planning.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your work will power the success of both our clients and the Financial Planners you support:

  • Partnering with advisers to shape and deliver top-tier financial advice
  • Conducting in-depth investment research and crafting tailored recommendations
  • Building insightful cash-flow models and crystal-clear financial reports
  • Translating complex strategies into understandable guidance for clients
  • Leveraging platforms like Transact, Intelliflo, and leading cash-flow modelling tools to manage portfolios and streamline reporting

What You Bring

We’re looking for a passionate paraplanning professional who’s all about quality and collaboration:

  • Solid experience in a Paraplanner role within an IFA or financial planning setting
  • Ideally working towards (or already achieved) Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII, CISI, DipFA, or equivalent)
  • Confident knowledge of investment platforms, products, and planning processes
  • An eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills
  • A natural team player who’s organised, curious, and client-focused

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Salary is based on experience
  • Tax-free bonus potential through employee ownership
  • 26 days holiday, plus your birthday off, and more with length of service
  • Supportive, inclusive culture that prioritises well-being, growth, and balance
  • Modern office in Bournemouth, with hybrid working options
  • Regular social events, networking opportunities, and a team that truly cares

This is a place where culture comes first, where your voice matters, your ideas are welcome, and your work makes a difference.

No sales pressure. No corporate nonsense. Just a passionate team, doing great work together.
