We are looking for a Client On-boarding Officer to join our clients dynamic legal team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering exceptional client service and eager to build a career in law. As the first point of contact for new clients, you will ensure a smooth and professional on-boarding experience.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the end-to-end client on-boarding process.
  • Conduct KYC/AML checks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with clients to collect and verify documentation.
  • Maintain and update client records in our case management system.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure seamless handovers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational ability.
  • A genuine interest in the legal profession.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role (experience in the legal sector is a plus).
