Day-to-day of the role:- Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new clients.
- Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Liaise directly with clients to collect and verify necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update client records accurately in our case management system.
- Collaborate closely with legal teams to ensure seamless handovers and integration of new clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in the legal profession.
- Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role is highly desirable; experience in the legal sector is a plus.
