Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the end-to-end client onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for new clients.
  • Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise directly with clients to collect and verify necessary documentation.
  • Maintain and update client records accurately in our case management system.
  • Collaborate closely with legal teams to ensure seamless handovers and integration of new clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities.
  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career in the legal profession.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing or administrative role is highly desirable; experience in the legal sector is a plus.
