Our client is fast-paced, fast-growing company that helps veterinary practices to manage pet healthcare plans on behalf of their customers. They have recently grown from strength to strength and due to their continued success require positive and enthusiastic individuals to join their busy team as a Retentions Advisor.
Working from their modern, vibrant and open plan office in Bournemouth, you will be responsible for managing the call flow and dealing with customers appropriately with a view of handling any possible retentions queries.
As a Retentions Advisor, you will be required to manage the call flow in a timely and professional manner, asking customers appropriate questions to deal with their matter appropriately. The emphasis is on service and welfare; finding out why customers are having issues and reminding them of the benefits offered.

A strong team player with a friendly and approachable nature and competent IT skills is also required for this role.
Positions are offered on a long term temporary basis with possible permanent opportunities available within this growing and forward thinking company.
Essential requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Good IT skills
Previous customer service experience or similar
Highly desirable qualities:
Experience in a call centre environment.
Sales or collections experience
Hours are 37.5 hours a week monday - friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm (8-5 or 9-6)
