Your Role:
- Assist consultants with candidate sourcing, interviews, and shortlisting
- Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Understand market trends and contribute to business development
- Work towards structured milestones with ongoing mentoring and support
What We're Looking For:
- A recent graduate with a strong interest in recruitment or professional services
- Clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organised, and keen to learn
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude
