Training and Support Specialist

Excel are currently looking for an experienced Training and Support Specialist for a fascinating permanent position based in the south of the UK to design, develop and deliver exciting internal training programmes on behalf of a globally known client. You will play a highly important role in spreading their outstanding MRO/ERP system to various internal departments, this would include travel to various sites across the UK as well as the occasional international base.

Additionally, a successful candidate with be tasked with:

•              Act as a key point of contact for user support and troubleshooting,

•              Maintain training standards and continuously improve training effectiveness,

•              Represent our client through external meetings with the software developer,

•              Provide expert internal user support.

In an ideal world you will hold a deep understanding of IT focused databases/software programmes for use within aviation and aerospace engineering practices as well as the ability to deliver complex walkthroughs for training programmes in a professional manner with the ability to gain and hold attention/interest across a classroom environment.
