The School and Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in children's lives? A welcoming and supportive Primary School in Bournemouth is currently looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their dedicated team immediately.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a nurturing school environment, working either 1:1 with pupils who need additional support or in small groups across all primary key stages – from Reception (EYFS) through to Year 6.

You will play a key role in supporting both the academic and personal development of pupils, some of whom may have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You’ll work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and support staff to help every child feel safe, included, and inspired to learn.

Requirements 

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

- Experience of working with primary school aged children

- Experience of working with pupils with SEND

- A passion for the progress of pupils

- An ability to work as part of a team
