We're working with an ambitious and growing business, with a range of innovative products and a science-led approach.

This is a brand-new role, giving you the chance to really take ownership. You'll lead on product development and quality, from the first sketch of an idea through to launch day and beyond. Whether it's innovating new flavours or making sure every product meets top-notch quality standards, you'll be right in the thick of it.

What you'll be doing:

• Driving product development projects from concept to launch
• Enhancing existing products and ensuring they meet high performance standards
• Managing supplier relationships and contracts, plus leading on testing and compliance
• Handling packaging and labelling compliance for multiple markets
• Running quality control processes and responding to any product concerns
• Using data, insight, and a little bit of gut instinct to guide improvements
• Looking at packaging innovation, especially in terms of sustainability and efficiency

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a product or quality-focused role, ideally in food, drink, or supplements
• Strong understanding of labelling laws and allergen regulations
• Confident project manager who can juggle multiple tasks with ease
• Excellent communicator who can work with teams across the globe
• Analytical mindset, with a creative streak when it comes to solving problems
• A natural curiosity for product trends and what's happening in the market
• Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial or e-commerce environment would be a bonus
