Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver 1st & 2nd line technical support to staff and students, ensuring minimal disruption to learning.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Escalate complex technical incidents where necessary and follow up to resolution.
  • Maintain and update IT systems, documentation, and asset records.
  • Support projects, upgrades, and routine maintenance across the IT infrastructure.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring users feel supported and informed.

About You
  • Proven experience in a 2nd Line Support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Office 365, and network environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
  • A genuine interest in supporting education through technology.
