Childcare Solicitor , Bournemouth

My client is a very well known on the south coast for their Family law and Childcare law expertise and there's a new role available within the team.

In an ideal world the firm would be looking for a childcare panel member or someone with designs on attaining panel membership.

You will be working with a couple of well known senior fee earners and you'll also benefit from secretarial and assistant level support which will save you bags of time.

Ideally you'll have 3 years PQE however applications from any level of qualified staff will be considered provided they can demonstrate a long term motivation to stay within childcare.

There is the opportunity to hone your skills closely alongside key partners.

The firm would expect you to be in the office 5 days a week just until probation, to learn the systems and get you settled in, after that hybrid working will become available to you.

You will be expected to attend court for cases that cannot be settled amicably.

The firm enjoys excellent relationship with guardians in the area and with social services. They are trusted and provide the gold standard about how they handle these cases.
