The team offers a clear and structured route to Partnership, ideal for those who are motivated and goal-oriented.I'm keen to connect with individuals who have a background in corporate transactions for an opportunity based in the Bournemouth area.This position covers a varied caseload of company and commercial matters, such as business acquisitions and disposals, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, private equity and investment agreements, shareholder arrangements and disputes, restructuring share capital, implementing employee incentive plans, supporting business start-ups and succession planning. The team is also active in the education sector, particularly with academy conversions and multi-academy trusts.Working hours are 9 - 5 with an hour for lunch.
