Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
- Leading the development of the Tax & Estate Planning offering in Bournemouth
- Managing a varied caseload including wills, trusts, LPAs, and estate administration
- Advising on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and trust law
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Driving business development and networking initiatives
Profile
The Private Client Solicitor should be:
- A solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in private client work
- Experienced in complex tax and estate planning matters
- STEP qualified or working towards qualification
- Skilled in drafting, problem-solving, and client communication
- Commercially minded with a proactive and flexible approach
