The Firm
A well-established firm in Dorset that provides exceptional client care and has long-standing client base, with a great reputation in the local area. The practice is expanding and seeks an experienced individual who can hit the ground running, with lots of potential for future growth and promotions.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and experienced property solicitor or conveyancer to handle a diverse portfolio of residential property matters. You’ll be responsible for independently managing transactions from instruction through to completion, with support available where needed. The role includes dealing with a range of matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, plot sales, remortgages, transfers of equity, and related property finance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wants to further progress their career in law with the support of the firm.

Requirements
- 4+ years PQE
- Extensive knowledge and experience dealing with freehold and leasehold property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Experience with more complex transactions, such as conditional contracts and option agreements should be considered highly desirable
- Great communication skills
- Autonomously able to manage varied caseload
