Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts using sales data, market trends, and team input

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to account for promotions, new launches, and seasonality

  • Managing supplier purchase orders and ensuring timely product deliveries

  • Monitoring supplier lead times, stock coverage, and making proactive adjustments

  • Partnering with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and troubleshoot supply issues

  • Reviewing and validating invoices, supporting the Finance team with payment processes

  • Tracking procurement spend and supporting accurate reporting for planning and budgeting

  • Maintaining and updating supply chain KPIs and operational dashboards

  • Supporting continuous improvement efforts in procurement, forecasting, and planning workflows

The Candidate

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their supply chain or operations career, or someone experienced looking to join a dynamic, high-growth brand. The ideal candidate is highly organised, analytical, and enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

We’re looking for:

  • Relevant experience or education in supply chain, demand planning, or procurement

  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets); familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, NetSuite, Oracle)

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally

  • Problem-solving mindset with a continuous improvement approach

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, e-commerce or consumer goods environment is a plus

The Offer
  • Be part of a business making a real impact in sport and human performance

  • Join a team of experts in sports science, nutrition, and digital innovation

  • Enjoy generous access to industry-leading products and team merchandise

  • Work in a high-ownership, visible role with opportunities to grow

  • Hybrid working model with a vibrant HQ based on the South Coast

  • Occasional travel opportunities
